Super happy with the professional and very quick and efficient service when we were looking for a storage container for our upcoming move. Melanie was super helpful and got us into a container in less than 20 minutes so we could start storing our contents with peace of mind. The facility is safe and secure and very clean units! Great facility with great prices and we highly recommend if looking for a storage in the city. Also like that we can access our unit 24/7

We have a unit and for the 2nd night in a row, are locked out when we are supposed to have 24 hr access. Last night we were able to get in contact with someone who gave us a code and gained access. Tonight, we are not able to get a hold of anyone and locked out. We have a uhaul full of our belongings that are supposed to be in storage, covered by insurance. We are in the process of moving and don't have time to waste tracking someone down to gain access to our own belongings and certainly not what we paid for. This is unacceptable and in breach of the rental agreement.

I thought I would respond to the previous poor rating. I have been using the facility for years and it is great! Clean, quiet, safe and secure and very convenient for me. Indoor and heated. It is a new location that just took over from a private firm. The old place had an old and unsafe elevator. The new owners are investing in the facility and installing a new modern elevator. There are signs posted clearly stating that the elevator will be operational soon. Installing an elevator is not an overnight job! They are open weekends, I’ve been there several times on the weekend. Personal insurance is not mandatory. You have an option to use their in-house insurance or use your own. I opted to use my own because it was cheaper per month. The friendly staff were courteous to make the transaction. Recommended and affordable!
