We signed up to rent a storage space in Calgary 3 weeks ago to declutter a house for staging a sale. We were very impressed by the service we received from Anna to get introduced to the Storage Mart system. We were also very happy with the promotional offer. We have now visited our unit 8 or 9 times during office hours and after office hours and everything went very well; The entire site is clean and tidy and security seems very good. Thank you Anna and Tracy! Now 3 weeks later we have rented a second unit in the same storage facility as we have a 10 day need to store household furniture and boxes to facilitate a 10 day gap in our son's move out and move in. Again we are very happy with the service and very quick set up of the new unit. Thank you Annette and Anna

Customer service was through the roof. Got the supplies and help I needed that U-haul didn't have. New comers have a great deal. Reasonably priced and clean. Access times are perfect! Early access and late enough that you don't feel rushed after work. Would most definitely recommend! Five stars! Thanks, Anna!

I definitely recommend these facilities for your storage needs. Anna is wonderful, knowledgeable and a pleasure to talk to. She’s always running the place with such care and attention to detail. She is so accommodating with all of our needs and understanding, making sure we are well taken care off. Anna was amazing to work with. I originally rented a incorrect size unit and she was able to find something close and able to fit my belongings. Storage Mart was recommended to me by one of my friends. I just want to start by saying Anna is absolutely an amazing lady. She was not only compassionate,caring and understanding but also very thoughtful. The world needs more people like her in this world. She took the time to listen to me and went above and beyond in helping me find the exact unit I needed.
