Phenomenal customer service, Jenna & Richard are genuinely a pleasure to talk to and are above and beyond helpful & friendly. Good prices, really nice atmosphere in the building & tons of variety in unit size.

Just got the storage unit, it was fast and easy, all process took less than 20 minutes. The prices are very good compare to other storages. We also got a tour where we was able to see all units (wasn’t sure about the size). Thank to Jenna and Richard for providing all the details - very kind and nice workers!

This place is terrible. Do not use them at all most disrespectful storage place in the city.
Upon receiving the owners response. I will find a way to attach a video of having to remove my items from the garbage enclosure were they were disposed of.
