I'm satisfied with the facility so far. The staff is excellent. I just wish that access was a little easier, as the elevator is at the opposite end from the loading dock, and then my unit is also at the other end, so makes for a long walk when your in a rush. Having large carts though is great as I can make only one trip hopefully.

Richard and Jenna are exactly what you want as a customer. I can't imagine how stressful it can be to work at a storage unit where customers (like myself) are going through chaotic transitions, but with people like Richard and Jenna - their patience, kindness, knowledge and effort makes ALL the difference. Thank you to Richard and Jenna - I appreciate how patient you both were to me!
The (-1) star is purely for Blue Bird Storage - the system in the backend for knowing small items like packing tape price, monthly pricing took longer than usual to pull up which you would expect more from a POS system.

We’ve had a storage unit at Bluebird on Blackfoot Trail for the past 4 years. The staff at this location are amazing! They are very knowledgeable, reply promptly to questions and always greet you with a smile.
The facility is always tidy and clean. It is very secure and we have never had any issues with rodents/pests.
We recommend this facility to anyone we know looking for storage.

Blue Bird is absolutely fantastic! Both staff members we interacted with were incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to show us multiple units to ensure we found the perfect fit for our needs. Their customer service is truly exceptional friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to helping. We couldn't recommend them more highly. It was a pleasure working with such a professional and caring team!

When we needed a storage unit for our non-profit, Blue Bird storage on Blackfoot Trial provided phenomenal customer service, especially from their site manager, Jenna Sand! Jenna took the time to give me a detailed tour of the facility, answered all of my questions and provided us with an excellent deal. The facility itself is indoors, clean and elevated off the ground which alleviated my concerns about flooding. Very grateful for their help and excited to have a clean office space again free from all of my program materials.
