The security measures, including 24/7 surveillance, have given me peace of mind knowing that my belongings are safe and secure. The staff at Bluebird Storage have been exceptionally helpful and friendly. From the initial sign-up process to any queries I've had along the way, they've always been quick to respond and provide assistance.

I've been using Bluebird for well over a year now and I have absolutely no complaints whatsoever. It's great knowing that all of my belongings are safe and undisturbed, as well as being able to come and go as I please. Even the staff is fantastic. Richard and Jenna are very friendly, professional and approachable. But above all, at the end of the day, they're just good, genuine people that care, which speaks volumes... I'd recommend doing your business here as you won't be disappointed!

The facility is under construction currently however if you overlook the “unprettiness” the facility has everything including loading dock, garbage/recycling 9-5 office managers and is well-organized, safe and offers seamless options, making the process stress-free from start to finish. The real stars of the show are Jenna and Richard, the on-site managers. Their professionalism, friendliness, and genuine willingness to help truly set this facility apart. They consistently go above and beyond to accommodate my needs/request. As someone who uses this facility for work, its central location is incredibly convenient. Jenna and Richard take the stress out of shipments and deliveries by receiving pallets and boxes on my behalf and promptly placing them in my unit. -they would even notify me to let me know I’ve got a package if there’s a package I’m expecting. If I need something picked up, they’re just a quick text or call away and always willing to assist. Jenna and Richard bring such warmth and positivity to every interaction—greets me every time I come in, knows everyone who comes in and out which makes you feel safe. they truly are a ray of sunshine!
