Allyson is the site manager, she is very professional and considerate. Back in June, I was looking for a 10x20 or 10x30 ft storage unit and she took the time to show the facility and kindly answered all my questions. She is an amazing manager and demonstrated top-notch customer service. I have received very good service with no concern at this facility. Definitely recommend it.

The experience of getting my storage unit at Bluebird Storage was excellent. Lyndon and Monica exceled in customer service. Thank you!! I love it that you can just drive into the bay to unload your personal belongings. I even went in after hours and I felt safe. They supplied oversized carts so I did not have to use a dolly even though they supplied them too. My unit is on the second floor and there are oversized elevators. Also they have bathroom facilities. My electronics are at room temperature here so I feel at peace knowing that I don't have to worry about winter weather conditions. The prices are excellent. I did get a promotional deal at 3 months 50% off. Even at regular rates it is still cheaper than the other storage unit I rented. I am glad I made the decision to move my belongings here while I am away.

I have used other storage companies before and BlueBird is by FAR the best. The facility is literally spotless and the front area/lounge is really nice. The staff got me set up immediately and took the time to guide me to my storage locker and show me where everything was and answer all my questions. Its a first class facility with great features, good staff and lots of amenities to make getting stuff in and out really easy.
