Bow City Storage

What a great facility and staff! My first contact was Alma who was very friendly and got us set up promptly. Upon arrival another gentleman (also very friendly and helpful) finalized our unit, gave us a tour, etc. After realizing we needed a bigger unit he quickly made the change and again took us to the new unit to make sure it would be sufficient. It is a well maintained building, clean and they even have water/coffee/tea to use while your are accessing their facilities. They have an indoor loading dock which is amazing, especially in winter! Everything can be done via the app, which makes it much easier. I have to say we have been dealing with a lot of stress with our current situation and this was the one company that we felt cared about customer service. Well done, I would highly recommend the facility and their services to anyone :) It is also in a great location!

Wow, this state-of-the-art storage facility is awesome! You can control all door/gate access via your smart phone and have 24/7 access. The loading bays are spacious and can accommodate large moving trucks. Plenty of furniture dollies and additional supplies available. Ample lighting fills very clean organized hallways. Canadian owned and operated. Perfect central location. Highly recommended!

Needed to rent a U-haul from them and the process was quick and efficient. Got the u-haul and was able to moved my friend’s stuff all in one haul. When we returned the truck the lady at the reception desk did a quick check of it and processed the final amount owed which was way less than expected. We were in and out of there in less than 15 minutes. Definitely was a great experience and would recommend them to others.

This place is great. When the driver wasn't sure backing in...Dan was there to help. I had to get help checking the locker was locked, and he went up to show me how-to check it.
