There are two Nancy’s that work here and Nancy number two is who she refers herself as. She is a funny and very kind lady! She has always been very helpful, making sure I have the right storage for my needs. I also have seen her in the hallways keeping the floors and storage units, spotless! I highly recommend this place as it is easy and convenient to access your storage unit with two garage doors, in front and behind the building, through security gates with a code. There are Security cameras everywhere so I felt good about leaving my belongings there. Cheers!!!

I cannot express how amazing my experience was with the good people at Citybox Storage...they made a very stressful period of my life transition with ease and comfort in knowing my belongings would be safe and secure in their super clean facility..The 2 Nancy's are the best!

Great storage facility!
The prices aren't cheap compared to where I was moving my belongings from in QC but the facility is top notch, sparkling clean, highly secure and accessible.
Another huge plus is that the pair of Nancys that own/run the place are hugely helpful and accommodating. They came in on Saturday on a day off to facilitate me moving in short notice.
I highly recommend this place if piece of mind is a priority to you.

I used CityBox on 3rd Street SE for about 5 1/2 years and have nothing but great things to say about the facility and staff. The entire experience is efficient, clean, and very secure; and the staff are responsive and friendly. The location in Manchester is easily accessible by both Blackfoot and McLeod Trail, and offers a convenient option for storing all range of items, with a wide variety of lockers and mailboxes. I highly recommend and will use CityBox in the future for any storage needs.

The Storage facility is very clean and the person we dealt with was very friendly. However, the Storage Facility is actually 3 buildings linked together making it a long haul if your specific storage unit is in the furthest building which is what happened to us. When you have hire someone by the hour this adds up. This was 10x the distance than if we were able to go in the back route. The issue being big trucks cannot get through the gate, so sure you understand the size of your truck compared to the compound entrance. This cost us an additional $150.00, plus had to help with the move ourselves to keep costs down. Not cool when you are in your 60's!
