Cubeit Portable Storage

Amazing right from the reservation to the official booking to the delivery. Every step has been so much easier thanks to the staff of Cubit. Catherine was the phone rep and was super fun and friendly. The driver (I don’t know his name) was very experienced and knowledgeable. He did everything in a friendly, professional manner. Now if only he stayed to help load the cube 😜🤣🤣 11/10 for these guys and the service they provide. USE THEM !!!! YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT !!

I would give them zero star if I could! I review different services on google and you can check I usually give 5 stars, I am not a picky one, but my experience with their customer service couldn’t be worse. I reserved a cube online, the customer service called me exactly one minute after! She asked for my credit card, I told her I need to check the street permit first before I finalize my reservation but she told me to put the card in and she would call me the day after, before she charge the credit card to make sure I want the reservation to go through. I changed my mind the same night and emailed and requested cancellation as she said that is how I cancel. But the day after my credit card was charged at 5am without her calling me and after I cancelled! So I called they said they will refund me and it might take 14 days!!! I called after 14 days they said the refund is issued and they meant 14 business days and asked me to wait more!!! And today after 23 days,16 business days, that they charged my credit card I called again, the guy said there was never a refund, the payment is reversed and my credit card has never been charged!!! I told him I can see it on my credit card, charged 23 days ago and not pending or reversed and then he asked for screenshot!!!! And he said after he receive the screenshot he would submit to billing department and he does not know how long it would take and if I get my money back, they have to check!!! I am filing a credit card dispute now, they pushed to get my credit card info when I was still doing my research and then never refund me although I cancelled before the cancellation deadline and they tell me a new story every time I call and practically called me a liar and ask for screenshots!!! My experience couldn’t be worse. And BTW their cube has a vent and the lady who pushed me to give her my credit card told me there is always a chance of a rodent or other bugs going inside, not my experience her word!!!

Cubeit communicated with me a week before my delivery, and two days before, and the delivery was smooth. The driver did a great job at placement. Container was clean with no odor and the perfect size to hold the contents of a sparsely furnished basement.

Easy folks to deal with, very reasonable rates. Large clean unit was delivered on time and placed very well on our driveway. Delivery driver was efficient, professional and very informative around the placement of our contents in the container and safety matters. All in all a great experience!

Cubit was the only company that assured us the container would be kept level throughout the move, which was important for us. They were professional, on time, and great at communicating when they were coming to drop off, move, and pick up the cube. They made the process clear and simple. I would use them again.
