I just went to store some belongings for the first time and I was blown away by the wonderful customer service offered by Myrtle, she was very kind, helpful and hospitable. I mean, what kind of storage facility offers you coffee?!
The place itself is clean, warm and secure.

Fantastic service! The ladies in the office are always extremely welcoming and kind, especially Myrtle Greves, Store Manager. The building is kept very clean and tidy as well, so I have always felt safe leaving my possessions in their care. I would wholeheartedly recommend this storage facility.

I would take this opportunity to share my experience since I had been renting the unit, all of the staff were awesome and professionals, they had answers to all our queries and solutions for our issues and problems.
We would also like to mention about Cindy, she had been amazing throughout the period and really helpful.
For some reasons I do not need the storage for now but whenever needed or even I have to refer to any friends and family members would love to refer this location.

On a professional level the on site staff at country hills are knowledgeable and are always very helpful.
On a personal level it’s always a joy to come in and see any one the girls.
Beyond the office level it would be nice if maple leaf would provide incentives(beyond bringing in new customers) and discounts for long term customers. If not for the customer service from the on site office I’m not sure if I would re rent a unit.
Keep up the hard work to the ones on site!

Great storage!
We rented storage unit back in March last year. After looking few places, we decided this one is the best with easy access, dedicated elevator, heated and secured. Units are spacious and no jammed hallways. There are few elevators and no waiting time when you need to store your stuff or move it out. Highly recommend this storage…
