Maple Leaf Self Storage NE - Country Hills

On a professional level the on site staff at country hills are knowledgeable and are always very helpful. On a personal level it’s always a joy to come in and see any one the girls. Beyond the office level it would be nice if maple leaf would provide incentives(beyond bringing in new customers) and discounts for long term customers. If not for the customer service from the on site office I’m not sure if I would re rent a unit. Keep up the hard work to the ones on site!

In the three years that we needed storage, we appreciated the excellent customer service and facilities provided at MLSS - Country Hills, which we felt had reasonable monthly lease rates. It was always clean and with plenty of light, and the building temperature was consistently comfortable, and access to both large and small utility dollies were very helpful. The process for signing in and out of the facility was easy, and the garage doors are easy to operate. Plus, we enjoyed the added bonus of the great 70s & 80s music playing whenever we were there!

Great storage! We rented storage unit back in March last year. After looking few places, we decided this one is the best with easy access, dedicated elevator, heated and secured. Units are spacious and no jammed hallways. There are few elevators and no waiting time when you need to store your stuff or move it out. Highly recommend this storage… Thank you… Ana V.

Great service since the day we started using the storage, Myrtle and Cathy, in particular were very helpful in assisting us moving in and out of our storage and always helping out to the best of their ability. I would recommend the storage facility to anyone interested considering the friendliness of the staff and the safety of the location.
