Cindy and Cathy are awesome we needed a storage locker when we moved back to Calgary for a month before we took possession of our condo. Time and time again Cindy went out of her way to help us out. I can't recommend them enough other storage facilities try the bate and switch method giving you one price then changing a lot more not here we paid for two months because we were suppose to have a two month closing date originally but it got changed to one month. We prepaid and without hesitation she realized we paid for two months and offered a refund because it was only a month.... I guarantee other places wouldn't do that.

I had a fantastic experience with Maple Leaf Storage! The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always willing to answer any questions. The facilities were exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and felt very secure. I really appreciated how easy it was to access my unit, and the overall environment was organized and inviting. I had the pleasure of meeting Leeann today, The assistant manager, she literally saved my life ! Haha . Her customer service skills are beyond amazing. Her care , her class , her smile . She just made my day. She was so helpful. She was the only person that could help me and she did . She stayed late helping me and was just so kind . I felt valued and my story mattered to Leeann. It was a great interaction, thank you !

I had an awesome experience finding a storage unit that fit my needs with help from Cindy. She gave a quick response after my initial inquiry, very friendly and knowledgeable.
She answered all the questions I had during the tour of the building, showing the different size units and explaining how the locks and security sign in/out works.
The facility is top notch, clean and a great location.
10/10 would recommend.
