Cindy at Maple Storage is absolutely wonderful! She is extremely efficient, knowledgeable, and genuinely warm and friendly. She made the entire process easy and stress-free, took the time to answer all our questions, and went above and beyond to help us find the right storage option. Her excellent customer service and positive attitude truly stood out. Maple Storage is very fortunate to have Cindy on their team. Highly recommended!

Convenient location, clean lockers, ample lighting and space. Cindy and Cathy are the best, helpful and friendly folks. They took the time to check units, pricing, and terms with us. We reserved a 10'x10' unit in advance, but unfortunately it was given to another customer by other staff when we came to move in. Luckily, it seems like big building so they had some other units available. I've used over 4 other facilities in other places before and this is the newest, safest and cleanest. There are many elevators and loading bays (4) to get your storage items in and out efficiently. There is no elevated dock, so you may need a lift or ramp if using a storage van or truck for heavier loads.

I have used Maple Leaf Storage on Country Hills twice, and I have had nothing but a great experience with them. The employees are friendly and helpful and the units are super clean and easy to navigate. Also, the prices are very reasonable and there are almost always discounts for the first few months! The extended access hours are also helpful. I will use Maple Leaf again if I need another storage unit in the future! Five stars!

Excellent service! Met Rabia at the front desk 15 minutes before they closed and she was so willing to assist us with setting up a storage unit although it meant she had to stay 30 minutes late. She gave us a tour of the units and was so kind and friendly throughout the process. 10/10 would recommend.
