Convenient location, clean lockers, ample lighting and space. Cindy and Cathy are the best, helpful and friendly folks. They took the time to check units, pricing, and terms with us. We reserved a 10'x10' unit in advance, but unfortunately it was given to another customer by other staff when we came to move in. Luckily, it seems like big building so they had some other units available. I've used over 4 other facilities in other places before and this is the newest, safest and cleanest. There are many elevators and loading bays (4) to get your storage items in and out efficiently. There is no elevated dock, so you may need a lift or ramp if using a storage van or truck for heavier loads.

Excellent service! Met Rabia at the front desk 15 minutes before they closed and she was so willing to assist us with setting up a storage unit although it meant she had to stay 30 minutes late. She gave us a tour of the units and was so kind and friendly throughout the process. 10/10 would recommend.

I had a great experience with Maple Leaf Storage in Country Hills. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and easy to deal with from start to finish. They made the entire process simple and stress-free, and were always happy to answer any questions I had.
It’s clear they really care about their customers and take pride in providing excellent service. I really appreciated how smooth everything went. I’d definitely recommend Maple Leaf Storage to anyone looking for a reliable storage option in the area.

Absolutely best and most friendly staff. Everytime i come in the ladies at the front desk like Kathy and Cindy are so nice. The storage unit facility is always so clean and although it is busy at times , I always have access without any issues.

Nice facility with easy access. The whole storage facility is clean and well maintained. Nice staff to deal with. As most things, prices are climbing so it is a little expensive.
