Maple Leaf Self Storage South - Glenmore

Amazing service all around! This is my first storage unit experience and I have to say from the first day of setting up to the ongoing amazing straight forward and kind service this place will be my go to in Calgary! The facility is clean, secured and it’s rare to see that no matter who you deal with is kind and so helpful! They give you a tour and always reassure you when it comes to the safety of your belongings! Highly recommend cannot stress enough how awesome this place is!

Fantastic storage facility. It is clean, safe and a great location between my home and work. Very friendly and helpful staff, thank you for making everything easy and straightforward for me, and for the water bottle. Also thank you for the recommendation of Paramount Movers, they were great as well during the moving process !! Like I will tell my friends and family, I will tell the internet : If you need storage, don't look anywhere else!

I seldom give out 5 stars. But this location Maple Leaf Storage deserves 5 stars. Our family used their storage for about 2 years. Good and friendly services. Easy access location. Facility is clean and tidy. Indoor storage and little dust for over 2 years of storage as we took out our stuffs. 4 loading and unloading bays. Secured entrance and codes even using elevator. Feel safe inside as well. If we do need another storage, this place will be our first choice.

I came by in the middle of a lazy, gorgeous Sunday afternoon at the beginning of March. Chris and Rohann were both busy at their stations. Chris immediately greeted me cheerily. I was carrying two large bins, and he encouraged me to place them down right where I entered, a little off to the side when I asked if I could set them down. Amazingly Chris remembered why I had come by, as I spoke with another employee at Maple Leaf Storage on Saturday to insure they would be open. As Chris took care of my business in a polite, friendly, expeditious manner, he and Rohann bantered back and forth with me! We enjoyed a playful, fun, laid back interaction that was awesome to engage in! When I switched gears and asked Chris a serious question about methods of payment, he again was quick to reply with a comprehensive, assured answer. In the meantime, and throughout our exchange, both men continued on with their desk tasks. This was such an excellent example of a dialectic at work! Chris and Rohann are superb employees, who made me feel welcomed, and who both took the time to engage with me while they continued with their individual tasks!

First time for us getting a storage unit. I was called by the manager almost right away when I asked for an online quote. They held a unit for me with no commitment or down-payment needed. This location was very clean, easy to get to and use, lots of equipment available and not locked up. We set up with a unit, the Neeta made it a very easy and pleasant process.
