I deal with your branch in Dawson Creek bc. Until the last few months after a new improved system was installed I reset my automatic cc payment to be posted on the first day of each month. First and automatic are the key words here. I have had to chase after the person in charge who is obviously completely incompetent. I had to call this head office number and get them to reach out to get the payment processed. My advice to anyone in Dawson Creek don't waste your time with the automatic payment which should make things easier for the customer. This complete nonsense. If the person isn't terminated and replaced I will soon be looking at going elsewhere for my needs. There is not one reason on earth for this nonsense.manger reached out to me(update) I'm hopeful the billing issue will be solved finally.

Simple and hassle free. I’ve had this storage unit for a couple years now and I appreciate so much. the security, the ease of access, and the communication about any changes that happen. The price is reasonable and I get a lot of use out of a smaller unit size, just need a bit of extra space that my condo doesn’t have available to me. Thanks so much for being a great business.
