As storage facilities goes I recommend this one for your storage needs.. it's great and convenient location I go to the In the foothills industrial area, very neat, clean and affordable..
The staff there are great and very positive and friendly.. they go above and beyond to make my day..

BIG shout out to Sidney from south Calgary’s location, the service she gave us was beyond amazing! Friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. So happy we picked the right place, would highly recommend this storage facility!

100% not recommend this place, they increased the fee too much high bring with a ridiculous additional fee, then when I wanted to take this out they said I have to pay a whole month, this is just a joke to me. And it’s just the“ first day ”of the month.
And I have to pay a whole month because of that your policy?
I think they just want to still your money,
no customer care, no flexibility, anything at all
Who cares about your policy?! None of the customers doesn't need to care about your policy!

Nothing but games here! Ive been there 6 months. They have inflicted 2 monthly raises. I now pay $187.00/ month for a 5'×8'. One of the increases was called "Process Payment" ' of $4 !!! Charging me $4 to tap my debit card. $22/month for insurance? Really? Shop around, get a fixed payment plan. They just keep increasing every month. Then you try and talk to someone - the staff says i can only email. Ive sent 3, no reply yet. No phone number. No service. Staff is really ignorant in trying to help.

I have had the best experience here from easy set-up to some of the hardest working people FOR the customer. It was super nice of Steve to give me a deal on a lock but then go over the top and take the time to scour the cameras to fix a mistake that I had made. So far really impressed with this storage company. Thank you so much!!
