It would be nice to have longer access hours as well as a normal billing cycle for the 1st of every month, not a 28 day cycle. Also the prepay option is not really available, its as if there is some confusion about paying in advance. Plus I still don't know if the other unit I accidentally rented in the beginning was ever credited to me, I am still suspecting not...

Amazing experience! Used their storage while moving from one home to another — everything fit perfectly in a 10x10 unit (three mattresses, two small sofas, a dresser, a nightstand, and lots of boxes). Everything was clear and transparent, no hidden fees or surprises, and they even let me stay a couple of extra days without charging! Very professional, kind, and easy to deal with. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend this storage facility. They have fantastic rates, their staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. And after a fire caused by another tenant we were fully compensated with a few free months, a free move to a new unit as our unit was one of only a few that was salvagable. This location truly is top notch.
