I called in about a week or so ago and this SUPER nice lady, Jessica, assisted me through my many, many questions! I asked her what size would be suited for my needs, fees, and the whole thing. She's was professional, polite and even made it easier for me to choose mini mall storage for when we move to calgary.

Andrew was fantastic . He was incredibly helpful .He went out of his way to ensure my storage needs was met . The facility was clean and well maintained. The experience with Andrew was great. He was very responsive to my questions. His positive attitude and approachable personality made a big difference in my overall experience. I would not hesitate to recommend this facility. These guys went out of their way to find me a great deal for my needs. When I realized I had booked with them rather than the place nearer my house, where I thought I was booking, they very graciously understood and refunded me despite the error being my mistake. I wish they'd been closer to my place, I would have absolutely stayed with them.

Andrew is the perfect example of customer service! You are very lucky to have him managing this location. We will continue to do business with you just because of his level of customer service. Minimall's automated process of booking makes the whole process seamless. But having people like Andrew help make the service even better when things go wrong.
