Very cordial staff - Betty and NK. Provided every information needed to make informed decision on space to rent. Very welcoming team. Location is very clean, rentable space is very clean, different dimensions - no funny smell, good functioning elevators. A safe place for storage and removal of items. I recommend this location 100%!

For somebody is going through a last-minute change in her life where I needed storage ASAP, sentinel storage, and their team were absolutely accommodating! They followed up with anfollowed up with a phone call to ensure that the storage space was the size I needed before I checked in the next day.
I can’t say enough about their team - I believe her name is Tamara, she was an absolute gem showing me the units, even excepted my tears when I felt overwhelmed!!! Sigh… Thank you for the most amazing customer service I have experienced in a very long time. Take note everyone, amazing customer service goes a long way!! I will always recommend my friends and family to use them’! Thanks again!
