Sentinel Storage at Bowridge is the best. My storage unit and building was secure, easily accessible and clean. It was easy to move my boxes in and out of the unit/building. I have stored my household and other items at Sentinel for almost three years. There was less dust in my storage unit than in my new home (which I vacuum once a week!) The staff are great. They are helpful, knowledgeable and very nice! My checkout was super simple and smooth. I highly recommend Sentinel Storage Bowridge!

I am really impressed with the service here. Both staff members were extremely nice and kindly addressed all of my specific requests. After today’s consultation, I feel like I’ll be in a great mood all day. I would highly recommend this place to my friends.

My experience with this Sentinal storage location was excellent. The initial contact and setup up of my account was simple and quick. After that what can I say but my locker was clean and warm and I had access pretty much any time I needed it. Staff were friendly and easy to deal with.

Staff and management are great and very helpful with and issues or concerns you may have. Overall great place and the hours available to access and store items are great. Easy to access and not often to busy making it easy to drop off or pick stuff up and go with multiple entrances.

Betty and her team have been great meeting our families needs regarding the move of our Dad. She has been helpful in securing lockers that meet our needs as be downsizes lockers. Even loaned us a spare lock between lockers. Superior service team!!!
UPDATE: Betty and NK continue to offer superior customer service helping us downsize locker as required. What really appreciated was them taking the time to look at the items and confirming we could continue to downsize. Much appreciated!!!!
