Sentinel Self Storage - Calgary Bowness

The staff (Tamara in particular) were great. Very competent and knowledgeable. And very personable and friendly. We liked the facilities. Very clean and accessible. I highly recommend this location of Sentinel Storage to anyone seeking a storage facility. In a follow-up interaction, once again Tamara and the other staff of Sentinel were just great. The customer service that they provided was just wonderful. The level of service that she provided was what every business should strive to provide!!! Sentinel is a great place to store our belongings. It is clean, accessible and well run. I would highly recommend Sentinel.

This was my first time using a storage facility and I was having a hard time selecting a safe, secure, and quality location. A friend pointed me towards Sentinel in Bowness. Every person I spoke with from Sentinel was helpful, and professional. That would have been enough, but then I was advised of several promotions going on that I was completely unaware of. Already, Sentinel and their staff would have warranted this 5 star review, but then on the day my movers arrived I was advised that the space I had booked would likely not be large enough to accommodate my property. With less than 15 minutes before they closed, I phoned and spoke with Tamara. After a few moments she was phoning me back with a last minute larger storage space that had just come available. She went over and above anything that could have been asked of her and she got the space cleaned out and ready for me for my late arrival; agreeing to move forward with her support, and allowing me to update the paperwork after. If I could give Tamara and Sentinel Storage Bowness 6 stars I would. Thank you for taking a massive load of stress off my shoulders!

I had a fantastic experience with Sentinel Storage in Calgary Bowness. The entire process was incredibly easy, from booking to moving in. The staff were exceptionally helpful and energetic, making the experience smooth and pleasant. The facility itself was very neat and organized. Highly recommend place for anyone needing storage solutions in Calgary!

When I needed help downsizing Tamara and Betty were wonderful at helping find the right size in the same building! They answered all my questions no matter how many I had and were efficient and quick with my refund from my larger unit. I will always recommend this location for the convenience and staff!

We are moving and required a place to store some items while in transition. We contacted Sentinel Storage and entered into a monthly contract. We then went to their location to get our contract started. We were greeted by Tamara upon arrival. She was very friendly, knowledgeable and a real pleasure to talk with. Tamara gave us a complete run down on all we needed to know about storing our personal items. Once that was completed she came with us to our storage unit showing us everything that she had previously explained. We are now fully confident on the Sentinel process and know exactly what and how to access our storage unit. That is completely due to Tamara taking us through the process in detail making sure we knew all the steps that are required. It was a very enjoyable experience.
