First time storage user here. Absolutely painless experience. Got a unit right away and signed up on a day and time of my choice. Prince and the gang held my hand from start to finish explaining everything including handy tips on the best way to open the unit to lock usage. Handy Sentinel app that contains all the info about my account and access codes 'cuz no way am I going to remember it and will lose whatever I wrote it down on. If you need to store stuff, this is the place you want to be.

Update: every concern I had was corrected with swift and satisfying results, thank you so much to Calvin and the top notch team on Manning Road. They reached out and helped find reasonable solutions and I am very happy. with how wonderful they were when specking to me, as I have been in a bad situation and it's been hard to reach out. Thank you so much you guys. I plan on getting a unit once my card arrives and I'm able to. Your amazing group of people, Definitely going to tell my friends and family.
In the end they treated me very rudely and banned me from the property, without reason to. And then shared my experience using my name with new clients. I only updated my review after they asked me too.
I'm disgusted with thier assuming attitude. Thanks fir that sentaianl storage.
