This was our first time renting a storage unit. Sentinel Storage has very reasonable prices, but the most important thing is that their customer service is top notch. They are very responsive and will take care of any issues we may experience. If we ever need a storage facility again, we'll definitely go back to Sentinel Storage - Calgary West.

I had a very good experience with storing my items here! From setting up my account via phone, follow-up from management regarding my how my service was, all was great. It was easy to setup the locker, and access my items throughout the year. Should I need this service again, I would not hesitate in returning. Thank you!

A big shout out and thank you to Betty at Sentinel Storage on 36 Bowridge Drive NW, Calgary. Betty recommended and helped me find a storage unit that perfectly met our needs. She stayed late to help us get into the unit. She was knowledgable, incredibly helpful, kind, professional, and her service was exceptional in every way. Ask for Betty, she's the best!

We made a move from a 2100 square foot home to a 742 square foot condo. We were unwilling to make decisions on what was not coming with us so Sentinel Storage provided a reprieve from decision making until we were more settled and willing to undertake the decision. If you are struggling with a decision on what to keep and what to go - rest on it and store your stuff for a little while. A move is traumatic, store your stuff until you’re in a more solid state of mind.

Betty, Jade and Tamara are the most amazing and friendly staff! I love seeing them. I also feel very safe and that my belongings are secure. Best storage facility in Calgary! I highly recommend!
