This is a beautifully clean and modern facility. From the first questions with the office manager to renting and hauling my first load of boxes, a smooth operation in a great location.
Today, March 27, 2024, I was helped by Dupsy, and she really knows her stuff.
She worked with a sense of humour, while making sure every little detail was attended to. I appreciated her knowledge and assistance.

Fantastic customer service. I went to one location and unfortunately they didn't have what I needed available anywhere but would check for cancellations at other locations. They got back to me the same day with a unit that came available. They walked me through everything and were very friendly and polite and didn't rush me through. Will definitely use and recommend them again.

This storage facility is very well maintained, providing secure access to storage.
Today, i was helped by the office manager, Dupsy. She is very professional, knowledgeable, and has amazing customer service. She knows her work. With her help, it was easy to move into a bigger unit from a smaller one. Today, the storage unit was cleaner than usual. I was provided a clean unit to move my stuff. Thank you, Dupsy.

Very good service received from Josie Pujol. She is very good with the customers and assets to the company.
Only disappointed is some customers using loading bay as a car parking lot. I had to go through the small door to load my stuff. Did inform to the staff member and he didnt care about it.

Josie and Carlo were very helpful at the spy Hill sentinel storage location. Very informative and smooth to handle my time while I had a storage there. Really easy to move and access building. And has all the utilities and proper equipment for heavy load handling. Would recommend this storage to anybody looking for short or long term and for any size locker.
