The store manager, Upstairs was very courteous and friendly. She was very knowledgeable about what type of storage unit I would need. She took the time to show me my unit and to explain how the access codes work. I would recommend Sentinel Storage to family and friends.

Clean, safe and great location. The team at the front desk are always helpful. Absolutely happy with my choice. Update: smooth move out process and my items are not covered in dust.

Dupsy and Bolu were in when I was cancelling my storage unit and they were really helpful. They allowed me to cancel in the middle of the month and worked out a plan that works for all of us. They also are so kind and make you leave feeling happy. Very refreshing customer service I wish all customer service workers had the same energy as these two :) I’m very grateful
