I’ve been using this storage facility for couple of month and couldn’t be happier with the service. The units are clean, well-maintained, and most importantly secure. My belongings were safe all through out my journey there. The staff is always helpful and friendly - they explained everything clearly when I first signed up and continu provide excellent customer service whenever I had questions. It was easy to access the facility as well as my unit, all password protected.

While renting at Sentinel Storage I’ve been very impressed with the customer service. I’ve been treated like a family member. They always tried to get me a better deal even if that meant changing to a different siize of unit.

The store manager Dupsy, Bolu, Chris are very helpful in our storage at sentinel and they really took good care of us.
Dupsy is very friendly and she helped us in removing the key of our storage by immediately contacting her Regional manager Calvin and he opened the key with in no time.
We sincerely appreciate all the effort they put together in our moving.
