We thoroughly enjoyed our experience with Sentinel- Calgary Chaparral. The facility is clean, very easy to access both the loading/unloading docks and the storage units themselves. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly during both our moving in and moving out days.

I highly recommend this location. Very pleased with the customer service, responsiveness, cleanliness, and security. It’s well-lit, dollies are provided, elevators are fast, all equipment works and is well-maintained. I appreciated the free first month. The $20 per month contents insurance offered is very convenient, but an add-on to my homeowner’s insurance was much more affordable.

I rented 3 units over a period of 3 months. The girls and the Sentinel Chaparral location in Calgary were amazing. Always smiling, very easy to deal with and the seamless setup and return of the units. Definitely recommend.
