I had exceptional customer experience at the Downtown Sentinel Storage. As a first time customer I must say that the Staff are very friendly and hard working, they go the extra mile to ensure that I get the right Storage for a reasonable price within my budget. They have there customer interest at heart. As I single mother, they were very nice and friendly in entertaining my son. I am well pleased with the service I had, I will definitely used this service again. If your looking for a affordable, clean and friendly Storage environment, I would definitely recommend this Storage.

I used Sentinel’s storage service while traveling to Calgary for a few weeks and had a wonderful experience with them. The staff is super friendly and they make sure to help you with your storage needs and we’re even able to offer me discounted prices. Highly recommend them!

Sentinel Storage made it so easy for me to leave my stuff in a secure place with peace of mind. Also, Franklin is awesome!! He totally helped me get a sense of the facility and how to work both the elevator and lift.
