Andrea Sibucao and Armida Madrilejo have been wonderful! They have been courteous, professional, informed, and kind. I have seen such commitment to service and it has never wavered. I have had two units this year and they calmly and clearly articulated the best options for me for two urgent moves. They know me by name (really!) went above and beyond at each interaction. I also want to highlight the excellent communication and ease of access during road construction affecting the entrance. I felt essentially no impact to services and access during that challenging time. From start to finish Sentinel has been the best storage service I have ever used and this is largely because of the exceptional customer experience at Blackfoot Sentinel Storage. I stored my stuff at this location for 6 months when I was out of the country. It is a clean and safe environment. The staff are cordial and helpful too. I also had a great interaction with them while abroad when I needed clarification on my billing. They responded promptly too. If I ever have a need to store my stuff at a storage space in the future, I will definitely do it at this location. Thank you Sentinel for keeping my stuff safe.
