When I walked in to the store there were 2 ladies at the front greeted me with smile. It was an awesome experience during the tour and the ladies Andrea and Armida were very informative, helpful, and transparent. They listen to what you need and to your situation in order to offer the right storage for you with great deal. I highly recommend this to anyone moving!!! The site and store were well maintained. Their roads are much wider compared to other storage places that I’ve shopped around.

My time at Sentinel Storage Calgary Glenmore was short as i used it to accommodate a month delay in possession between properties. The entire process was flawless, I was surprised i was able to take advantage of a promotional rate, even for only 4 weeks. Everyone from start to finish was extremely helpful.
There was a small miscommunication about being able to extend the timeline by one week at the same promotional price. The Promotional price is only available in the full 4 week rotations. So if i extended 1 week it will cost nearly the same as extending for 4 weeks. That being said it was explained and handled extremely well, even though i presented myself poorly and frustrated over the telephone the person on the phone at Calgary Glenmore kept her composure and handled me well. A solution was found and implemented, making both parties happy.
We had one other unexpected malfunction. The gate had a malfunction overnight the day of our move out. I was able to call the one eight hundred number on the fence and they had a technician out within an hour to open the gate and allow us access. It was a small delay on our end. Everyone on the phone, the regional manager, as well as the technician were extremely helpful, respectful, gracious and professional. I believe the two ladies on the phone need recognition from management for their handling of the situation. Great polite professional and timely resolution to an unexpected problem.
We used a doubled large unit 10x30 and were very satisfied with the size, cleanliness and operation of the unit. Only recommendation referred back to them was that the door seal was a little weak and allowed some blown snow into the unit (very small amount). I am quite confident that the seal will be remedied promptly as everything has been in this experience.
Thank you for the service, i will be using Sentinel Storage again in the future for my needs.

Andrea Sibucao and Armida Madrilejo have been wonderful! They have been courteous, professional, informed, and kind. I have seen such commitment to service and it has never wavered. I have had two units this year and they calmly and clearly articulated the best options for me for two urgent moves. They know me by name (really!) went above and beyond at each interaction. I also want to highlight the excellent communication and ease of access during road construction affecting the entrance. I felt essentially no impact to services and access during that challenging time. From start to finish Sentinel has been the best storage service I have ever used and this is largely because of the exceptional customer experience at Blackfoot Sentinel Storage.
