I recently used Sentinel Storage and had an amazing experience. The service was top-notch, and Andrea, the manager, did an exceptional job taking care of my needs. The facility offers elevator access, a large bay door for easy truck access, and plenty of carts to transport items efficiently. The freight elevator made moving everything to the second floor effortless.
The storage unit itself is very spacious, with a height of over 12 feet, allowing for easy stacking. Security is excellent, with a pin lock system for entry and exit, and the facility is open from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. Andrea even provided a free lock for my unit, which was a nice touch.
I highly recommend Sentinel Storage for anyone looking for a secure, well-managed storage solution. Everything went smoothly, and I couldn't be happier with the service.

I had a strange unit for 1 & 1/2 year. I had no problems during that time. They even replaced my lock with a better lock. They will even let you know if something is wrong or give you heads up if prices go up.

I was recently transferred here from Glenmore, and the transition was smooth and stress-free thanks to John, Cristina, and Dianne. They were incredibly helpful and attentive to all my needs during the move. Their excellent customer service truly made a difference. I couldn’t have asked for a better team!

Maybe you believe you are just renting a storage but no.. sentinel McKenzie - calgary makes you feel as home. They are friendly, helpful and the best people in the world. Manager answered all my concerns caring about my needs. Best place to rent a storage in calgary. Thanks for all ❤️
