I had a good overall experience with this storage facility. The units were clean, dry, and well-maintained, which gave me peace of mind knowing my belongings were safe. The facility was easy to access, with convenient hours and good security features like gated entry and cameras.
The staff were professional and helpful, taking the time to explain unit sizes, pricing, and access procedures. The move-in process was straightforward, and there were carts available to make unloading easier.
Pricing was fair compared to other facilities in the area, and I appreciated that there were no hidden fees. Overall, this is a reliable and well-run storage facility, and I would recommend it to anyone needing short- or long-term storage.

This storage is very well run, clean, climate controlled, and very safe and secure. Dollies are always available, which makes everything easier. I got lucky to get storage here when it was needed. I want to give a shout out to the current office team: Cristina, Dianne, and Kyle, who are the best team I have worked with at this location, over many years.They made the whole process easy and very pleasant.

I had a great experience with Sentinel Storage. The customer service was excellent—staff greeted me very nicely, were very helpful, and even offered water and candies. Small gestures like that really make a big difference. Highly recommend!

I can’t say enough good things about Sentinel Storage. From day one, they treated us with patience, respect, and actual human decency — which, honestly, is rare when you’re dealing with storage facilities.
We were in the process of moving our belongings out, and despite unexpected complications completely outside our control, the staff worked with us, communicated clearly, and gave us grace and flexibility instead of pressure or judgment. They understood the situation, gave us reasonable extensions, and genuinely tried to help rather than make things harder.
The facility itself is clean, secure, and well-maintained, but what really sets Sentinel apart is the staff. They didn’t just see us as a unit number or an invoice, they treated us like real people going through a tough transition.
If you’re looking for storage with professionalism, fairness, and kindness, Sentinel Storage is it. We’re extremely grateful for how we were treated !!

Had a very good experience with my first time using Sentinel for my storage requirements, particularly at this McKenzie location. All the staff were always very kind and understanding whenever having to deal with them and the storage units are very clean and well kept. Also, the units offer an extremely high ceiling compared to other facilities so you can really utilize and take advantage of the space by stacking items to well over 12-15 feet high (probably close to 20 feet but I’m not good at judging distances 🤷🏻♀️)
