I had a fantastic experience with my storage unit reservation. The customer service here is top-tier; Kyle and Dianne were incredibly welcoming and professional. Kyle was helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to show me the available spaces to ensure it fit my needs perfectly and offered me a water bottle.
The facility itself is immaculate, well-lit, and very secure. It gives me complete peace of mind knowing my belongings are stored in such a well-maintained environment. Highly recommend this location if you want a smooth, stress-free storage experience!

The staff were friendly, professional, and made The whole process of renting a unit simple and stress-free. Access to the storage unit was easy and everything was well maintained. Great experience at Sentinel Storage McKenzie. The team is friendly, the units are clean, and the security setup gives real peace of mind. Access is easy, and the staff always take the time to answer questions. A shout out to Dianne she’s helpful above and beyond. I’m very happy with the service and would definitely use them again.

Great experience with Sentinel Storage. The team was very responsive and followed up quickly after my initial inquiry. They were also very hospitable and even offered refreshments like water, coffee, and tea while we went over the options.
The facility is very clean and feels secure, which gave me a lot of confidence storing my belongings there. The Sentinel moving van was also super convenient for getting everything from my home to the unit.
Overall, a really smooth and professional experience — would definitely recommend!
