The store manager and employees were so kind and helpful throughout our time using their services. Storage locker was well kept and secure at all times. We got 50% off for 12 weeks, which was amazing! Will absolutely be using them in the future.

The staff at Sentinel SE were super helpful and professional. When I first rented a unit, I met with Cristina and a young male employee whose name I didn’t catch. He took the time to walk me through the unit location, made sure my access code worked, and even offered water to me and my kids, a thoughtful gesture! The on-site store has a good selection of moving supplies and locks at reasonable prices, which was super convenient. When I was done with the unit, I actually forgot to call and notify them. Thankfully, during their routine walkthrough, they noticed and Cristina personally reached out to confirm my move-out.

Wow such friendly service and support! Dianne is very knowledgeable and made sure I understood the fees and processes as well as available support if I have any questions or issues. I also received a 50% discount for 12 weeks which is really helpful right now. The unit is clean and easily accessible and also feels very secure. Thanks Sentinel!

Visited office to finalize rental of satellite location. Excellent service from Cristina who was very helpful in confirming our size choice and providing all the information needed for our rental.
In addition, move out was very straightforward and easily handled, even at short-notice. Would use them again.

Dianne was so helpful, accommodating, and professional. I had to change storages multiple times needing to downsize, and move from the satellite location to this main one, but things were made as seamless and easy as possible. The site is always clean and in good condition, with carts available to transport items. Correspondence was efficient and organized. I am impressed by the overall cleanliness and organization at this location. Would highly recommend for anyone in the area looking to store anything long term!
