Wow such friendly service and support! Dianne is very knowledgeable and made sure I understood the fees and processes as well as available support if I have any questions or issues. I also received a 50% discount for 12 weeks which is really helpful right now. The unit is clean and easily accessible and also feels very secure. Thanks Sentinel!

Great initial setup where we were helped by Elton & John (not the singer). Got a great deal on storage for 2 months for our trailer and lots of stuff. Terrible experience on phone with people who couldn't speak English fluently and were unhelpful and frustrating to renew afterwards.

I got my storage unit really fast. One of the supervisors even drove to the Sentinel location that was nearest to where I was moving my stuff from, to bring the contract papers.
It was a no hassle sign up. And it was no hassle after my lease was up. Easy to move my stuff in, easy to move it out.
I got two months rent for half price. Some kind of sale I guess.
The staff is friendly people.
I can't think of anything bad to say.
I will do business with Sentinel Storage again in the future if the need is there and I will recommend Sentinel Storage to people that I know that needs it.

Dianne was so helpful, accommodating, and professional. I had to change storages multiple times needing to downsize, and move from the satellite location to this main one, but things were made as seamless and easy as possible. The site is always clean and in good condition, with carts available to transport items. Correspondence was efficient and organized. I am impressed by the overall cleanliness and organization at this location. Would highly recommend for anyone in the area looking to store anything long term!

The staff were very kind, accommodating, and helpful. The facility was clean and well kept. I don't know what I would have done without Sentinel Storage - moving was so much easier with a storage unit. Thank you to all of the helpful staff!
