Sentinel Storage - Calgary Springbank

Tried calling the local number to get a quote - my call went to a call center and after 20 minutes I still didn't have the final quote - the call agent said the location would email me since they have the last call on pricing. When the location called me back they offered me the same price which is more than double the competition. Tip - Also watch for their “4 week” pricing. It is not per month - in 52 weeks you would pay a full extra payment. What a brutal first experience. Going with the other Springbank Storage company who answers the phone and posts all of their rates. If I could give this experience zero stars I would. PS Then after my initial comments here the regional manager called me to ask about my experience - only to ask me if I would take down my Google Review.

Had a great experienced renting a parking space with Sentinel Storage-Commercial Court location for the past 4 months. Ian, NK, and the staff are friendly and easy to communicate with. The security of the space gave me peace of mind that my vehicle and belongings were safe while I was overseas. Thank you again! I highly recommend this storage location, and would definitely reach out upon needing storage again.

Staff was very thorough during check in, for my safety and everyone else who stores vehicles with them. Very reassuring.

I’ve had the pressure of speaking with Nk regarding storage units, prices and she was very helpful also very informative. I like the professionalism she had.

This was my first time using a Storage Facility. Ian and NK were awesome setting me up and explaining how it all works. I was surprised at how organized and clean the buildings and compound were. This is going to work well for me.
