So far my experience has been extremely good. The admin office has been very helpful and informative. They explain everything very well and walk you through the process of utilizing your storage unit.

For somebody is going through a last-minute change in her life where I needed storage ASAP, sentinel storage, and their team were absolutely accommodating! They followed up with anfollowed up with a phone call to ensure that the storage space was the size I needed before I checked in the next day. I can’t say enough about their team - I believe her name is Tamara, she was an absolute gem showing me the units, even excepted my tears when I felt overwhelmed!!! Sigh… Thank you for the most amazing customer service I have experienced in a very long time. Take note everyone, amazing customer service goes a long way!! I will always recommend my friends and family to use them’! Thanks again!

Very nice and helpful people at the front desk. Storage areas were clean and well lit. However, it would be nice to have a light in the storage unit itself. Plenty of carts and easy access were another positive aspect of the experience.
