From initial inquiry through to move-out, the entire Bluebird at Buffalo Run rental/ storage process was smooth, seamless, and professional. The facility was very clean, secure, and offered a wide variety of unit sizes to suit my needs. Interactions with staff were outstanding (10/10) and the on-boarding process was fast and efficient. Everything was clearly and thoroughly explained, and the advice was solid! Although my needs were short term, I will definitely return again. Thank you for an amazing experience :-)

I have been working with Bluebird for almost 2 years and I cannot recommend them highly enough! I have utilized multiple locations and each one its amazing. The facility is always clean, they do regular lock checks so if I forget to lock it I immediately get a call to notify me and I haven't had any issues with pests. The team is always lovely to be around and courteous. 35/10 I would recommend them if you ever need a safe place to store your valuable items!

Rented a storage unit to store my things while I went overseas for a year. Decided to stay overseas and returned to clean out my storage unit. The gentleman that the front office by the name of Brad made me feel comfortable leaving my things behind and nothing would go wrong. He also assisted in getting a smaller unit to continue to store things for a longer period of time. I would highly recommend this place

We occupied an indoor storage unit during our recent move. It took us about 6 months to get our house listed, and then settled at the new place. Brad and his staff are not only wonderful to deal with, the faculty is run extremely well. Details like which floor the elevator waits at improves your move efficiency. His moving supplies are reasonably priced and of good quality. The climate control and access are well maintained and it was always easy to get in and out, as long as you stayed away during month end weekends, when things were understandably busy.

Bluebird storage at Tsuut’ina is a very clean and well run facility. You can pull right in to the bright oversized bays to load and unload with almost any size of vehicle. Appreciated in the winter months. Lots of carts available. I never had to wait for a bay or an elevator. Any staff I ever spoke with were very friendly and helpful. The location is convenient and accessible. Highly recommended
