From initial inquiry through to move-out, the entire Bluebird at Buffalo Run rental/ storage process was smooth, seamless, and professional. The facility was very clean, secure, and offered a wide variety of unit sizes to suit my needs. Interactions with staff were outstanding (10/10) and the on-boarding process was fast and efficient. Everything was clearly and thoroughly explained, and the advice was solid! Although my needs were short term, I will definitely return again. Thank you for an amazing experience :-)

I have been working with Bluebird for almost 2 years and I cannot recommend them highly enough! I have utilized multiple locations and each one its amazing. The facility is always clean, they do regular lock checks so if I forget to lock it I immediately get a call to notify me and I haven't had any issues with pests. The team is always lovely to be around and courteous. 35/10 I would recommend them if you ever need a safe place to store your valuable items!

The whole experience was really exceptional, Brad explained everything and made sure we were aware of everything we needed to know about renting a storage unit. He then shows us around and explained the hours of operation, where washrooms were and emergency exits! He was very careful about all of our concerns, and treated us with respect. Overall a very pleasant and effective meeting. We have rented a unit and are enjoying this facility which I might say is kept extremely clean and tidy! The inside loading bays are a plus , especially this last weekend!

Have done storage units multiple times... GO TO BLUEBIRD at Tsuu Tina!! Fantastic staff. So clean. Bright. New-ish facilities that are kept looking new! They take pride in the location. I couldn't be happier there. So easy to access too and the loading bays are the absolute best I've encountered.

We occupied an indoor storage unit during our recent move. It took us about 6 months to get our house listed, and then settled at the new place. Brad and his staff are not only wonderful to deal with, the faculty is run extremely well. Details like which floor the elevator waits at improves your move efficiency. His moving supplies are reasonably priced and of good quality. The climate control and access are well maintained and it was always easy to get in and out, as long as you stayed away during month end weekends, when things were understandably busy.
