Great experience at the Bluebird Storage facility at 4046 96 Av SE. The front staff were super - so helpful and kind. It was my first time renting a storage unit. I had need for extra storage after my parents passed away and I inherited a few things. Definitely gave me peace of mind to have the time to go through the things by having it all put into storage. I liked the 24 hour very secure access to the enclosed buildings. I only booked a very small space, but it was very tall so there was way more room than I expected. After a year, I was finally able to have it all cleared out. And they made the checkout so easy.

I’m really impressed with how easy it was to get a storage unit with Bluebird Storage! Andrea took the time to walk me through all of my options and helped me find the perfect fit for my needs. I was out of town during the process, and she went above and beyond to help get everything set up, even coordinating with a family member who visited the office on my behalf.
The entire experience was smooth, professional, and stress-free. The storage space is exactly what I needed, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Highly recommend Bluebird Storage and a big thank you to Andrea for making everything so easy!

My experience renting a storage unit from bluebird has been excellent. The customer service provided by manager Michelle has been attentive, detailed, and thoroughly professional. The site is easy to access and the process of signing up etc was fast and easy. Highly recommend!

It was a truly exceptional experience, and I thoroughly enjoyed the process of establishing my new storage unit and settling the payment for an auction unit. The representative was remarkably courteous and possessed an excellent sense of humor, which led to several pleasant exchanges. I eagerly anticipate my next visit to this location, and I extend my gratitude for the outstanding service provided. Im absolutely horrible with names but I was a young lady Andrea I believe im sure she will correct me next visit lol

Bluebird has been incredible to rent storage from. They require security codes to access both the site and the building the lockers are in, have Dollie’s available to help transport your belongings and their friends out stay are always willing to work with you to resolve any issues that may pop up.
All their lockers are heated and prides are far better than other storage options I’ve seen with great sign up deals.
I have been renting from them for approximately 2 years and plan on doing so for the foreseeable future.
