I wanted to take a moment to share my experience with a storage facility that I recently used. It's a very nice and clean place, and I was impressed with the great prices they offer.
There are plenty of carts available to help transport your items to your locker, which made the process so much easier. The storage unit I rented was perfect for my needs, and what stood out most was the friendly and helpful staff who were great to deal with throughout my experience.
Because of this, I highly recommend this storage facility to everyone! Customers even get 10% off all moving supplies in store.

nick at bluebird self storage was amazing to deal with. he helped me over the phone first, then gave me a full tour of the facility and showed me a few unit options so i could actually see what made sense.
i wasn’t moving in right away, so i asked if he could call me closer to month end and he actually followed through which i really appreciated. when i came back, he walked me through everything again, explained the details clearly, and made the whole process feel very simple.
the units are clean, easy to access, and the overall setup is super convenient. he even took the time to explain the lock properly so there was no confusion. you can tell he’s really good at his job and takes pride in the service.
also worth noting they have great monthly promos and solid dollies available which made unloading from my car way easier.
overall just a really smooth experience. highly recommend.

I’ve never rented storage before and the front desk staff broke everything down for me and made the process very easy and straight forward. I asked to view a couple potential units and once I picked one out, the paperwork took maybe 10-15 minutes and I was good to go. Move in day came and the indoor parking made transferring all of our things easy, and we were pleasantly welcomed by the staff who offered us water and coffee on arrival. Highly recommend this facility, it’s very clean and taken care of, and have tools to make moving easy.

Nick from the Mayland location is honestly the most professional rep I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with. He’s incredibly helpful and follows up promptly on any questions or requests that I’ve had in the past few months. Really appreciate all his help so far. Glad to see Bluebird chooses their talent well. :)
