David was super knowledgeable and helpful. He showed us various units and was super friendly. Honestly, it's a really nice lot. Clean and lots of sizes to choose from. 10/10 would recommend . There is a uhaul place right beside that makes moving super convenient.the photo is of a 10x10 unit. Clean upon arrival.

Checked in today and the process was smooth as butter.
The website was offering a promotional price that wasn't well advertised, but that is hardly the fault of the staff on site.
Dealt with Michelle, who was personable and friendly and seemed appreciative of the business, which sadly has become in somewhat short supply in may other places!
She was able to answer all of my questions quickly and intelligently, and is a credit to the company.
Day 1 success!

I booked a unit for a few months.
David was fantastic in explaining all the details and making sure I understood the way billing works.
He is very personable and pleasant.
A great example and representative for the company and his generation.
The unit is clean, lit, and dry.

After I had a bad experience at Millrise, David at the 40th Street Location more than made up for it with exemplary customer service.
Storagemart was chosen as it was a better price over other places and close to home.
Would recommend.
