It's fine until it's not. If your unit is broken into, the facility management will lie to you about someone running into your door or some emergency with the sprinkler system and they need to replace a latch and cut your lock. It happened twice for me before I caught on. Don't expect them to pay for your replacement lock. Don't expect escalating to the regional manager will help because despite their promise, no one will pay for your stuff. They are happy to provide a cheap lock as a replacement. You will find the price you signup for quickly escalates. I was a long term customer until recently paying $500+ a month for the illusion of secure storage. I am happy that most of what I stored in the unit would be difficult to run off with. When I moved out I discovered my camping gear missing. I would recommend looking elsewhere based on my experience.

Had my stuff stolen from this location and when I went to ask why my lock was different on my locker i was told that they had tried to call and email me twice, which they hadn't. Not only did they not offer me any apology on the matter, they seemingly didn't care at all and offered no type of financial compensation. Nor did they mention looking at the camera footage, or maybe contacting the police on their end. The whole situation seemed sketchy and you're probably best going somewhere else unless you want your stuff to disappear. Convenient location near the deerfoot and a free month sign up bonus ends up being an expensive experience quite quickly. 0/10

I strongly recommend avoiding this establishment. While the manager may appear professional and courteous on the phone, their lack of empathy and judgmental attitude become apparent when dealing with real customer service issues. It's important to review your contract in detail, as there are several caveats that may not be disclosed during sign-up. Additionally, I would like to caution prospective customers about sudden rent increases with little to no communication. Despite my calm approach and willingness to follow their rules and pay late fees, the establishment showed no compassion or concern for my continued patronage. In my experience, there were no efforts to find mutually beneficial solutions, and I was ultimately asked to leave the premises. Furthermore, it's worth noting that the district and regional managers are equally unrelenting and unprofessional, so escalating issues is unlikely to yield any positive results. If I could give 0 stars I would. Response to comment: And who might be the appropriate parties exactly? When can I expect a response from these appropriate parties? Im sure they will fit me in when hell freezes over. Yet Another superficial response from a superficial store run by superficial management.
