Sukhpreet was very nice to us. She checked us in without hassle and lots of friendliness. I made my reservation online and I was able to do it without having to pay over the phone. I really appreciate that because I don't like giving my card details for security reasons. Their price is very affordable. Thank you so much.

Easy access and exit as well as helping to get set up was great The only thing I didn't like was the floor needed to be swept out of dirt and mouse droppings which i was reminded of that must be done when i vacate at end of use . They did promptly sweep it out and when I asked them to remove the two broken pallets they tried to convince me to keep them to use for my belongings and had to remind them it was not in the agreement to have someone else's pallets that I'm sure I would be stuck with on the day I give up the rental. Aslo I did not notice the extra insurance charge until my statement was emailed to me so it was extra $25.00 for that above my quoted price per month.
