Was very friendly. Informative & helpful when going thru the contract w/ renting a storage unit. Ensured that my email & phone number were properly connected & receiving anything that was sent to me from them. Took me to view the unit & shown me what entrances I can use to get to my unit, demonstrated how to properly lock my unit. Walked me thru how to properly type in my code to get thru the gate & gave me a card w/ the information needed should I have any issues in the future when trying to get in the gate. Overall I had a very smooth & satisfying experience.

I loved getting to know the staff here.
They are all wonderful and very friendly people, they always have a smile on their faces.
This is the best storage unit that I’ve ever dealt with.
The staff are excellent at customer service!
David was a kind hearted person and very knowledgeable about everything here at Storage Mart, and he has a fantastic head on his shoulders.

I visited the Calgary SE location, Ryan the manager is excellent. He is a kindhearted and very knowledgeable and yet respected my time. He is very experienced. He also obviously enjoys his work. I am very impressed. This is the best storage unit that I’ve ever dealt with.

David at StorageMart was absolutely amazing! He was so helpful, kind, and patient, which made the whole process so much easier for me. I was feeling pretty anxious about getting everything sorted out, but David’s professionalism and supportive attitude really put me at ease. He went above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed, and I’m so grateful for his help. Highly recommend StorageMart thanks to his outstanding service!
