I rented a storage unit and Parking lot at StorageMart Calgary, and I want to give a special shoutout to Farha for her outstanding service. She was there during my very first check-in as a new customer, and she made the whole process incredibly easy and welcoming.
Any time I called the office, Farha always answered my questions clearly and professionally. She guided me through payments, explained everything about late fees and policies, and made sure I always understood what to expect. Her helpful attitude, patience, and professionalism truly stood out.
Thank you, Farha, for making my experience at StorageMart such a positive one. I highly recommend this location because of her excellent customer service!

Ashley couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. Everything was easy to do over the phone. I detected a southern accent, which was pretty cool.
I giving a five star rating or 100% satisfaction dealing with a human and not AI, which is great for us old timers.
If you ever need storage, I highly recommend this company. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Farha was a great help, quickly and clearly gave me the information i needed. showed me around the facility, clean and well maintained.
they do month to month lease which is great for those looking for temporary storage. was in and out in 30 minutes . thank you !
