Had a great experience at StorageMart! The check-in process was smooth and quick, and everything was explained clearly. David was especially helpful — he walked me through all the details, answered my questions, and made sure I felt confident about my unit and access. Excellent customer service and a very easy setup overall. Highly recommend!

This storage Mart is the best in the city. Their staff are so friendly and keep everything clean and answer any questions. Clearly great prices to definitely recommend.

Had a storage locker for a few years here. They were always helpful when needed. Roadways to the lockers were well maintained even in the winter.
Today as I took the last items out of the Locker David was an amazing help.

I’ve had a great experience with StorageMart on Barlow Trail. The facility is secure, and easy to access, but what really stood out to me was the excellent customer service. Michelle went above and beyond to help me with my storage needs — she was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. It’s not often you come across someone who genuinely cares about their customers, and Michelle definitely does. Highly recommend this location!
