I rented a storage unit and Parking lot at StorageMart Calgary, and I want to give a special shoutout to Farha for her outstanding service. She was there during my very first check-in as a new customer, and she made the whole process incredibly easy and welcoming.
Any time I called the office, Farha always answered my questions clearly and professionally. She guided me through payments, explained everything about late fees and policies, and made sure I always understood what to expect. Her helpful attitude, patience, and professionalism truly stood out.
Thank you, Farha, for making my experience at StorageMart such a positive one. I highly recommend this location because of her excellent customer service!

I really wish I could write two separate review for this location for Farha’s exceptional customer service on May 31, 2025. Two weeks ago, I began planning to move my unit due to the existing unit promotion expiration. Upon contacting Farha, we were able to book a unit with a cheap price, but it was in a different building which would need a lot effort and hard work to move the stuff between the two. However, Farha’s unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction led her to find another unit much closer to my existing one on the same floor within the same building just one day before the move-out. Her dedication and proactive approach were truly lifesaving. Thank you so much Farha for your consistent amazing service!

It was a great experience today with Storage Mart at 1111 42 Ave SE. Farha was very kind, friendly, and helpful. She patiently answered my question and clarified my concerns with her honest. Moreover, she showed me two different size of storage units and explained the difference between the two and the prices of each. Really appreciate for her diligence and excellent customer service. In addition, the Storage Units are very clean and the hallway is very spacious for moving bigger items. Highly recommended this local of Storage Mart.

Lauren called me after I had started to inquiry online about a unit and I was only price checking to get the best deal locally. She offered me the 50% off for 3 months as listed on the website and an extra 25% off for my move in month. Great experience. Highly recommend to anyone

I was welcomed by Farha on October 1, 2025, when I showed up to receive the lock of the unit I rented online. Farha gave me any information i needed , made it easy for me to go through the papers before I signed. She showed and explained me how to access the unit. I'm happy I choose Storage Mart for my storing needs. Thank you Farha and thank you Storage Mart for providing this storage facility for people's need.
