I really wish I could write two separate review for this location for Farha’s exceptional customer service on May 31, 2025. Two weeks ago, I began planning to move my unit due to the existing unit promotion expiration. Upon contacting Farha, we were able to book a unit with a cheap price, but it was in a different building which would need a lot effort and hard work to move the stuff between the two. However, Farha’s unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction led her to find another unit much closer to my existing one on the same floor within the same building just one day before the move-out. Her dedication and proactive approach were truly lifesaving. Thank you so much Farha for your consistent amazing service!

It was a great experience today with Storage Mart at 1111 42 Ave SE. Farha was very kind, friendly, and helpful. She patiently answered my question and clarified my concerns with her honest. Moreover, she showed me two different size of storage units and explained the difference between the two and the prices of each. Really appreciate for her diligence and excellent customer service. In addition, the Storage Units are very clean and the hallway is very spacious for moving bigger items. Highly recommended this local of Storage Mart.

I recently rented a storage unit and had an absolutely excellent experience, thanks to Farha and Madison. From my initial inquiry to getting everything set up, they were both incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient.
Farha was wonderful in guiding me through the available options and helping me choose the perfect unit for my needs. She was patient, answered all my questions thoroughly, and made the whole process feel seamless. Madison was equally fantastic, ensuring all the paperwork was in order and making sure I understood everything clearly. Their professionalism and friendly demeanor made a potentially stressful task completely stress-free.
I highly recommend this storage facility, especially if you have the pleasure of working with Farha and Madison. They truly provide top-notch customer service!

Convenient place to store things of any and all sizes up to a pickup truck. Farah and Madison the two site managers are very easy to work with when there have been any concerns. The units we desired are available at competitive prices considering the yard is clean and fairly secure with cameras on every corner.
Overall a great storage facility.

I have very good service with Farha and Madison at Storage Mart, 1111 - 42nd Ave SE, Calgary. I have been renting unit for the past 8+ yrs. Facility is very clean and convenient. Easy to upside or downside, that's why I recommend this place.
