I really wish I could write two separate review for this location for Farha’s exceptional customer service on May 31, 2025. Two weeks ago, I began planning to move my unit due to the existing unit promotion expiration. Upon contacting Farha, we were able to book a unit with a cheap price, but it was in a different building which would need a lot effort and hard work to move the stuff between the two. However, Farha’s unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction led her to find another unit much closer to my existing one on the same floor within the same building just one day before the move-out. Her dedication and proactive approach were truly lifesaving. Thank you so much Farha for your consistent amazing service!

It was a great experience today with Storage Mart at 1111 42 Ave SE. Farha was very kind, friendly, and helpful. She patiently answered my question and clarified my concerns with her honest. Moreover, she showed me two different size of storage units and explained the difference between the two and the prices of each. Really appreciate for her diligence and excellent customer service. In addition, the Storage Units are very clean and the hallway is very spacious for moving bigger items. Highly recommended this local of Storage Mart.

I needed a space in a hurry and I pleased with the process. The online tool was helpful for calculating the size I needed but the on-site visit with Farha was the best time spent. She was knowledgeable, courteous, and very helpful. I am all set to move in in a couple of weeks, so I hope the rest of the process is as good as my initial contact.

I have never written a Google review like this before — but when someone like Farah goes so far above and beyond, it deserves to be said loud and clear:

From the moment I walked into StorageMart at 1111 42 Ave SE, Calgary, I was overwhelmed by a stressful move and unsure of what to expect. But from the moment I met Farah, everything shifted.
Even though she was clearly busy, she didn’t rush. She didn’t brush me off. Instead, she paused, listened, and treated me like my situation truly mattered — and it did. She was genuinely friendly, exceptionally knowledgeable, and explained every detail with honesty and clarity.

This storage facility is clean, secure, and very well managed. Maddy was professional, friendly, helpful, and made the entire process easy from start to finish.
