I rented a storage unit and Parking lot at StorageMart Calgary, and I want to give a special shoutout to Farha for her outstanding service. She was there during my very first check-in as a new customer, and she made the whole process incredibly easy and welcoming.
Any time I called the office, Farha always answered my questions clearly and professionally. She guided me through payments, explained everything about late fees and policies, and made sure I always understood what to expect. Her helpful attitude, patience, and professionalism truly stood out.
Thank you, Farha, for making my experience at StorageMart such a positive one. I highly recommend this location because of her excellent customer service!

Super easy process to rent with them. The ladies in the office worked with me to make sure i understood the lease and all the rules. Great looking site - secure and safe place to store for sure! Overall amazing experience with office staff

I have now been using the 42nd Avenue StorageMart facility for 3.5 years and I couldn't be happier with my experience. Farha and Madison are amazing, always providing a warm and welcoming customer service. The facility is clean and very well maintained. I would highly recommend this location to anyone.

I’ve never had to rent a unit before but have a good idea on size that I would need. I only had bedroom furniture, loveseat, smaller furniture items & lots of storage boxes & bags of clothes. I had called a few well known places for quotes who tried to totally ‘up-sell’ me. I called StorageMart & Maddie gave me a couple of suggestions & quotes. I asked if I could come view them. When I got there, Maddie was very friendly & I was shown both units. Deal done!! Both Maddie & Farha are both excellent to deal with & they were also the best deal as well! Thanks ladies for all the help & being so great to deal with! :)

The facility manager at this location is amazing! We have small children and also had a hiccup while moving into the unit and she handled it swiftly and quickly! Prices are decent. This is also the second time ive used this exact facility and ive had no problems either time!
