I just did a walk in and spent about 1/2 hr with Farha and Madison. In that time, I got a tour of the facility and saw a couple of options. We came back to the ofice and Farha set me up, showed me how to access my storage unit and I was on my way to pick up stuff to load up today!! Everything was so smooth, professional and friendly! great location for me, easy access, and a friendly and helpful staff. I couldn't ask for anything else. Great working with you!!

I rented a storage unit and Parking lot at StorageMart Calgary, and I want to give a special shoutout to Farha for her outstanding service. She was there during my very first check-in as a new customer, and she made the whole process incredibly easy and welcoming.
Any time I called the office, Farha always answered my questions clearly and professionally. She guided me through payments, explained everything about late fees and policies, and made sure I always understood what to expect. Her helpful attitude, patience, and professionalism truly stood out.
