I have now been using the 42nd Avenue StorageMart facility for 3.5 years and I couldn't be happier with my experience. Farha and Madison are amazing, always providing a warm and welcoming customer service. The facility is clean and very well maintained. I would highly recommend this location to anyone.

I rented a storage unit and Parking lot at StorageMart Calgary, and I want to give a special shoutout to Farha for her outstanding service. She was there during my very first check-in as a new customer, and she made the whole process incredibly easy and welcoming.
Any time I called the office, Farha always answered my questions clearly and professionally. She guided me through payments, explained everything about late fees and policies, and made sure I always understood what to expect. Her helpful attitude, patience, and professionalism truly stood out.
Thank you, Farha, for making my experience at StorageMart such a positive one. I highly recommend this location because of her excellent customer service!

Ashley couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. Everything was easy to do over the phone. I detected a southern accent, which was pretty cool.
I giving a five star rating or 100% satisfaction dealing with a human and not AI, which is great for us old timers.
If you ever need storage, I highly recommend this company. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Easy location . Front desk is extremely helpful and kind. Place seems clean so far and very secure. I especially appreciate the dollies at the entrances for assistance in getting things to the locker.
Our only issue is that the unit is advertised as a 5’ X 10’ but when we measured for planning of what could fit in the unit the floor space is actually 4 1/2’ X 9’!! Believe it or not the extra foot lengthwise makes a difference. Paying for one thing; receiving another. A little disappointing.
Otherwise, a great place to preserve and store your treasured belongings.
